We, as a local and native citizens of the State of Florida (and even elsewhere throughout the entire Nation), are formally calling for a federal investigation into the legal ethics and governmental actions thus far of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and his current administration. The reasons of my formal request fall heavily upon the legality of certain actions that subvert/defy federal practices and measures put originally in place to protect the people of Florida. Instead of taking responsible action as Governor, it seems that Ron DeSantis is defying the will of his constituents in exchange for his own personal political success. His actions have led to an intense number of positive cases of Coronavirus-19 in Floridians (and has also signed unprecedented anti-vaccination legislation into state law which threatens the health and safety of Floridians further during this pandemic {which people are getting sick and retransmitting to this day}, and can prevent even medical assistance from encouraging you to be vaccinated or even help), and rather than taking necessary and life-saving measures to protect his constituents he has actually brought significant damage to not only the public, but also the state economy and environmental crisis in which we have faced for some time. And to deliberately defy the federal government under political motivations alone should be punishable in some form to keep the columns of Law-And-Order in place, and not just at that statement but also in encouraging those who already ignore protocols for personal ideological reasons.

By incentivizing and politicizing any anti-vaccination division and encouraging any form of violence, (if anything) we are encouraging unlawful ethics. What our Governor has done should already be considered a loud cry from the mouths of oppressiveness (in protecting his voting rights bill, the University of Florida for an amount of time had banned any professor from testifying against it, effectively and initially aiding him in denying the rule of law). The current Governor of Florida has displayed time-and-time again that the federal law does not apply to him, as the whole of American law didn’t matter under Former President Trump when he had governed the nation.  We as a state are at a crossroads, and when we talk on Authoritarianism, I sadly wouldn’t be surprised if it has started from here with how this administration has treated the state infrastructure, the citizens, the environment and even legislative measures.

If the Federal Government does not act upon this within now or even in the future, we could be facing grave and terrifyingly shocking results. And the integrity of our state laws can very well be in danger of subversion due to what has happened in the last several years, especially to create an act or law that re-segregates individuals by extremists voting regulations and corrupt riot measures that go against the first amendment’s Freedom of Speech and Expression.

To my fellow Floridians, do we want 4 more years of this? Or even a presidency…
