Around 4,000 babies die unexpectedly in the last months of pregnancy or during labour every year in the UK – one of the highest rates of stillbirth in Europe. Let's stop the neglect of pregnant women in the UK in their last trimester, and demand better treatment from the NHS. Women need to be seen more often, and recieve a higher level of care in EVERY pregnancy, whether they are in their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc pregnancy. We want the government to address this problem, and we call for better treatment from the NHS.
