The State of Maine Stole our Baby Girl

The state of Maine has unjustly taken our parental rights away and the one who suffers is our little girl, she has to be wondering why we have just abandoned her, that in itself is child abuse. This case was raised on allegations that had nothing whatsoever to do with child abuse or neglect, as a matter of fact, the substantiation letter says "It will be hard to explain in writing how we have come to this decision" That is clear to me they had no case! However as CPS does once they get you in their grasp they criticize all your actions to fit what they need to steal your child and get federal funding. Last year the CPS statistics show that 89% of their investigations and convictions were incorrect or not truly founded, they hide under immunity and rubber stamping and words like preponderance so that way they are not accountable for taking away a gift that god granted us, the Constitution protects and the love of a blood parent that can't be replaced! They force children away from loving homes to grow up as an outcast! We did nothing wrong as parents to have our baby stolen. Please sign this petition we are sending to the governor and the upper tiers of DHS and Maine legislation to reverse the TPR on our daughter Nina for the lies and manipulations by the case worker, the illegal procedure done by the ADA, the lying and unjust recommendations of the GAL, as well as the judge who showed bias during the proceedings. We can't find anyone who wants to take these people on by god I guess I'm him and I will do whatever to get my baby home and stop this child snatching once and for all! It's wrong..and destroying America! Please let Maine government know Nina wants to come home!
