The Los Angeles County counsel, by Metro is interfering with the rights of a private party, and by doing so are committing crimes against humanity, specifically the sovereignty of the American indigenous people. This petition is asking riders to for human rights until the Tap App owner gets compensated according to the Constitution of California 1879 article 1 section 19.

The Mayor of Los Angeles sits on the board of supervisors and is aware  of this crime against West Coast Add it up Ad Agency :by Wi Miller. This violation by the County Charter is violating the human rights standards for government agencies, and according to the Charter of the County, we could all lose important rights that we require of the government agencies and their employees.

By signing this this petition to mandate Metro by the County of Los Angeles Counsel to compensate West Coast Add it up Add Agency for the "Tap App", a smart phone application used for making payments for public transportation. According to the State of California Constitution of 1879 article 1 section 16, and 19, in compliance with Government Code 905.1, the County of Los Angeles is in violation because they are using private property without compensation.

My original "Tap App" design is on display copyright ©️ 2015 and is viewable by clicking the video description link below. I make these statements according to the California civil code 654, 980, and 1708, I have exclusive ownership, but have not been compensated. Please help me mandate Metro/LACMTA/ Los Angeles County Counsel to cease and desist using the Tap App to preserve your own rights, and your authority as people of a republic as well.

Wi MillerPetition StarterI am a designer, teacher, and athlete. I delivered my design to the Metro for compensation but they haven't paid for it yet. The government agency employees feel as though they will get away with defraud because they work for the government.
