The man at the heart of this issue, Muhammad Asadullah Khan, is a man who knows the pain of hardship. Of struggle. For many months now he has fought to make his name in the politics of the University of Cambridge. Twice he ran for President of our Union. Twice events conspired against him. The establishment had its candidate, and the establishment won. The members - the People - of this University were twice denied the #Justice they deserved. 

But as with all great stirrings of Will - of People - of #Justice - his greatest enemy was the Mainstream Media. Many times they slandered him. Facts of the past were thrown in his face. Events of scandal were left at his door. At times it seemed that denying his rights meant more to them than honour. Than integrity. Than #Justice itself. 

But today they have gone too far. They are attempting to expel him from the contest to be Cambridge University's Biggest Name on Campus. They are overturning at a stroke the votes of the 12,000 people - honest and true - who wanted him Elected. Honoured. Crowned as he deserves to be. 

Friends - we the People do not stand for such things.

We accuse The Tab Cambridge of deliberately falsifying Voting Records.

We accuse them of masking the People's Will in shrouds of guile and deceit.

We accuse them of a loyalty to the Establishment otherwise found only on the streets of Harare and the corridors of Pyongyang. 

We stand for this no longer.

We stand for #Justice, for Liberty.

We stand with Muhammad Asadullah Khan.
