Petition update

I have been asked if this is a joke or a serious petition. Truth is it is both. I did this because letter writing is fruitless and with a hundred signatures Change.org will send it to Washington  DC . I am not asking for money only signatures.. so please consider signing this petition and doing something different. I thank you in advance.
