The Monroe Township School District has recently put out their upcoming return to school options for the fall of 2020, and the students of Monroe Township High School do not have an option to even return to school in-person if they want to. The Monroe Township School District justassumed that all Monroe Township High School students would return to a virtual- only school option. Many students throughout the High School take many fun and unique career-focused electives that can only be done in a classroom setting, such as Culinary Arts, Fashion Design, Working with Children, AVID, and so many more. All we are asking is for the Monroe Township School District to consider having an in-person option for the High School students to return to in September if they choose. We understand we cannot have a "normal" school year, but we can try to make it feel as normalized as possible.
