My dog has been wrongly accused of attacking a child. The day of this incident my dog was not even at my home or in the area. He was 20 minutes away at a family friends house so it was not possible for him to have attacked this child. My dog has now been taken into quarantine at metro animal control and I have a court date setup for Wednesday March 1st. My dog is looking at being put to sleep and its so unfair when its impossible for him to have done this. I have no children but my animals are my babies. Gus lives with my other two dogs, and a cat who misses him so much. He is very friendly and loves children. I just want my baby home.
