Release Justin Erskine who was wrongly convicted of murder.

The level of injustice in this case demands attention.

Justin is innocent.

Justin, only 18 at the time, found himself in a situation where two men were senselessly murdered, but up until seconds before the trigger was pulled, had no idea that a crime was even going to be committed. Once it did, his very life, too, was in danger.

The co-defendants in this case, whose guilt was unquestionable, each took pleas and will both be released after 25 and 20 years.

Justin was unyielding In his declaration of innocence, refused all plea offers and opted for trial; he didn't touch either victim or participate in either murder, but was never the less convicted of murder as an accomplice and was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Justin has been incarcerated for over 13 years for a crime he did not commit.

Please help us with our fight for justice and the release of an innocent man.

We encourage you to read more of what happened in Justin’s own words.
