Before moving in to the Standard at Austin, no managerial figure made aware the extreme construction that would be taking place mere feet outside the windows of residents. Now they have failed to take any action of preventing these construction companies from operating at all hours of the night, violating their permits and making it almost impossible to obtain any sleep as a Standard resident. This petition is to force the management at the Standard to take reasonable action to remedy this problem for Tenants.
