The current board of the SPCA of Cattaraugus County NY A.K.A Enchanted Mountain SPCA, has allowed the continued neglect of the animals left in their care, a director convicted of DWAI while driving SPCA Van, the Dog Control Officer faces multiple FELONY counts of Forgery for signing a Vets name on state documents, denying state inspectors access to the shelter, staff finding animals dead in their kennels due to lack of vet care, fundraisers held and the animals receive nothing from the contributions, a donation of close to a quarter million dollars has vanished but the animals languish in cinder block kennels with no enrichment, rehabbing, medical care, sometimes no food........these people must be removed!
