Here we go again. The traitor and corrupt elements in Somali government are working overtime to handover sovereign Somali territorial sea to Kenya in cohorts with foreign hyenas of the sea. They fear when the Somali parliament returns in session in September 10th it will strike down the illegal presidential proclamation sent to the United Nation in July as they have done so against the illegal MoU with Kenya in 2009. Therefore they concocted this illegal submission to the international court and also as a means to avoid blame when the international court hands over our territorial sea to Kenya. They will never avoid legal responsibility and blame for they have initiated this unnecessary and illegal court proceedings putting into dispute our maritime sovereign territory. Insha’Allah, this latest illegal court submission will also be struck down by the Somali parliament. President Hassan Sheikh and his unelected government put into office through 4.5 clan appointed parliament have no constitutional and legal authority to legitimately change any laws, enter agreements or take to international court issues touching on Somali sovereignty and territorial integrity. This government is a provisional government mandated to steer the country towards peace, reconciliation, conduct national referendum for the provisional federal constitution and hold democratic elections. Anything beyond this constitutionally mandated objectives of the Somali government are illegal or in other words Null and Void. Kenya, Norway and Oil corporations you are wasting your money on corrupt and treasonous individuals. We call upon the Somali parliament upon its return to session to immediately strike down the illegal submissions of presidential proclamation to the United Nations and the application to the international court of justice. Secondly, we call upon the parliament to enshrine Law #37 into the Somali constitution. This is the only secure way to safeguard our sovereign maritime territories from corrupt traitors within and the hyenas of the sea.
