Thank you for your support

A tremendously warm thank you for the massive support for our petition. We are now in the final stages of very positive negotiations with the objectors which has led, through mediation, to an amicable agreement. After years of distress, uncertainty and cost, an end is finally in sight. A covenant is being drawn up that will enshrine our existing strict rules for our campsite (which will exist in perpetuity) to protect the village from further commercial developments on the site, something we always sought ourselves. The hope is that this will enable Stratford District Council (SDC) to halt the Enforcement action and to deal rapidly (and positively) with Planning Permissions for both the Retreat Centre and the Campsite. We are closing this Petition as a gesture of goodwill within the mediation process and it will be delivered to SDC. It has been immensely affirming to have your lovely comments about our land and work. Thank you so much.
