Electrocuting a dog is not an acceptable training method. Thousands of people like yourself signed my petition against electric shock collars, and earlier this year, the SNP Government said they would ban them.

They didn't.

SNP Ministers have now admitted that there is no ban and that these harmful devices can still be used on dogs across Scotland.
