It's a little known fact that right now the scientific name for a nipple, is the word nipple, which doesn't sit well for me. I believe the scientific name for the word nipple should be changed to Apicem Lac (pronounced A-PICK-EM LACK) meaning milk peak in latin. I think it should be this as it fits with other scientific names such as Homo Sapien (meaning wise man) or the scientific name for a fruit fly, Drosophilia melanogaster. Please sign this petition, and save the nipple from its unofficial name.
