At Dakota High School Kids are limited to around 15 minutes to eat once they have gone up waited in line, gotten their food, and sat down. This leads kids to either have to shovel food down, or throw away food they paid for. Lunch is also a time for socialization which kids cannot do if all they have time for is barely finish their food.
