The Sacramento Kings dance team has been the face of the organization for many years. It’s always a joy to see those ladies in the crowd, on the court, and in the community. 

If you haven’t heard the news… The Sacramento Kings dancers, as of right now, are no longer going to be a part of the Sacramento kings organization. They are instead of removing the dancers for a coed 916 crew that is strictly hip pop.

I wanted to clarify: there is nothing wrong with a coed hip-hop dance crew, from the outside looking in, its been proven that the Kings Dancers have always welcomed inclusion...but issue/frustration is that these ladies work so hard,they have dedicated so much, and put so much heart into this team...to have it taken away just isn’t right.

I have danced with many of these women, seen their growth, and look up to many of them. So this is personal. I don’t know what this will do, I don’t know if it will help, but it’s more than worth trying.
