Since the passing of the Anti-Gay Propaganda law in Russia, there have been a series of attacks on LGBT people and continuous oppression of our community. Glasgow should remove the Twinning Agreement with Rostov-on-Don, Russia, to stand in solidarity with the LGBT Community in Russia, and against such homophobic laws.
