Hello, we all know the negative impact that plastic has on our environment. My concern is that hundreds, if not thousands of helium balloons are let free to fly into the skies and then land somewhere, who knows where, often into the sea, fields, or wrapped around cables and trees.

We all love them, don't get me wrong, I do too, but hundreds of animals every year are affected by these balloons landing in their environment. What I propose is the stop of balloons from being let go into the sky. let's just keep them inside and dispose of them safely.
