Colonel Tom Moore, a WWII veteran, turned 100 on 30th April this year. His birthday tributes included an RAF flypast, a train named in his honour and an honorary promotion by the Queen from Captain to Colonel - but what about a coin? After raising over £30 million for the NHS, we can't think of anyone more deserving of such a lasting accolade!
