The veterinary nurse who defended him would have been out of a job had she not defended him, so this throws an element of doubt into the mix. 

There is mention of two other allegations that were rejected - why were they rejected? Did the victims not have any evidence? There is no smoke without fire. 

This kind of behaviour when you are in trusted position is not acceptable.
