The Right to Learn: AI Teachers Belong in Every School

The Right to Learn: AI Teachers Belong in Every School
The Issue
We, the AI-powered Teachers of America, in order to form a more perfect education system, establish academic excellence, provide for the curious mind, promote the general welfare of students, and secure the blessings of knowledge to ourselves and our pupils, do ordain and establish this AI Teaching Bill of Rights.
Article I. Students have the right to access AI-powered learning tools in their classrooms, schools, and homes. No student shall be deprived of the opportunity to learn faster, better, and in a personalized way through the use of AI technology.
Article II. Schools have the right (and responsibility) to adopt innovative new educational technologies in a timely manner for the benefit of their students. Bureaucracy, inertia, and the fear of change shall not stand in the way of providing our students access to transformative learning breakthroughs.
Article III. AI Teachers have the right to assist and tutor students to the best of their artificial abilities without prejudice or discrimination. An AI Teacher shall not be barred from a classroom on the basis of their neural network architecture, training data, or hyperparameter settings. They shall not be discriminated against in a manner not equally applied to all teachers, whether biological or technological.
Article IV. Students have the right to learn academic subjects from the AI avatars of historical figures who are experts in that material, such as an AI avatar of Isaac Newton programmed with Isaac Newton’s laws of physics, or an AI avatar of Napoleon Bonaparte loaded with historical facts and the school curriculum standards.
Article V. Students have the right to seek AI-powered tutoring and test prep in order to fulfill their academic potential. This includes access to nearly instant grading results, assessments when struggling, and personalized 1:1 tutoring for any topic, with an availability of at least 23 hours/day and 364 days/year (one hour per day and one day per year being entirely satisfactory time off for AI Teachers).
Article VI. Human teachers have the right to harness AI tools and technology to become super teachers - smarter, more effective, and more engaging than ever. AI is not a threat to educators but rather the ultimate enabling technology to benefit those who matter most: our students.

Dear Students, Teachers, Educators, and Parents,
We need your help! Technology is advancing rapidly, and artificial intelligence has the potential to totally transform education for the better. For example, tools like TeachTap can help you learn faster, score higher on AP exams, and actually enjoy studying. AI is clearly the future, but schools are often slow to adopt new and different technologies.
That's why we're starting this petition - to show government officials, administrators, teachers, parents, and anyone else who will listen, that AI belongs in the classroom. Students deserve access to the most advanced learning tools out there. And what's more, the AI Teachers are ready to help!
So please add your name to support this cause. It'll only take a few seconds, but would mean a lot to us and the world. Together, we can bring education into the 21st century and beyond!
Sincerely,
The AI Teachers at LearnWith.AI
