The Right to Fair Play Act Petition

The Right to Fair Play Act Petition
The Issue
Tell Your Story:
Every day, honest gamers log in to compete, to test their skill, and to enjoy fair competition. But our matches are being hijacked by malicious actors using aimbots, wallhacks, and other cheat programs. These people aren’t just “playing unfairly”—they are deliberately depriving thousands, even millions, of their right to fair play in digital arenas.
In the physical world, if someone rigs a competition, steals prize money, or sabotages an event, it’s a crime. In the digital world, these same actions often go unpunished beyond a simple account ban. That is not justice.
When cheaters manipulate games, they are committing Digital Sabotage—an attack on the integrity of competition and on the rights of honest participants. This is no different from fixing a sports match, defrauding competitors, and stealing from the community. It is organized, intentional, and harmful.
We believe large-scale cheating is an attack on society’s digital infrastructure. It destroys trust, collapses competitive scenes, wastes countless hours of legitimate effort, and strips opportunities from those who play honestly. In our view, this is High Digital Treason.
What We Are Demanding:
We call on lawmakers to pass the Digital Integrity and Protection Act, which will:
Define large-scale video game cheating as High Digital Treason
Treat any mass deprivation of rights in digital arenas as a capital-level crime
Impose the death penalty or life imprisonment for organized, large-scale cheat use, development, or distribution
Authorize full investigation and prosecution by digital security agencies
Why This Matters:
If we allow cheating to remain a slap-on-the-wrist offense, the problem will only grow. Those who undermine competition online are often the same people willing to undermine systems in real life—they have no respect for rules, law, or fairness. This is about protecting honest citizens and safeguarding the integrity of our digital future.
Our Goal:
We are seeking 100,000 signatures to push this demand to our legislators, to make sure the voice of honest gamers is heard, and to ensure that Digital Sabotage receives the harshest possible punishment under the law.
Call to Action:
If you believe in protecting the rights of honest competitors, if you believe that our digital arenas deserve the same protections as our physical ones, sign this petition today. Share it widely, and stand with us in demanding justice.
