We're tired of the constant market manipulation that is occurring across the financial and cryptocurrency markets. We're tweets that pump and dump the markets, well timed hit pieces perfectly timed to tank the markets, and the invisible hand of irresponsibly leveraged liquidations perfectly hunted every time.

Of course every investor is personally responsible for their own trades. What we can't accept is how powerful people can freely sway the market and affect our wallets simply by stating skewed facts online and on TV, and not be held accountable. It often seems orchestrated and timed to screw as many honest investors as possible and there just isn't any recourse.

Companies are bound by regulation what they can and cannot disclose and what they can and cannot do, but short and distort tactics are boundlessly unmitigated.

If someone speaks on the news about a company or a crypto asset negatively and then purchases that asset shortly after at a lower price we believe there should be accountability. Similarly if someone holds stock or crypto and is publishing in major news outlets or on a massive social media account positively they should be required to disclose their position.

Order books being bought and paid for to allow price manipulation to kill options and leverage is a broad topic and one which deserves scrutiny as well.
