The Situation: More Than a Dispute
I am seeking the immediate return of my dog, Ozzy, who has been unlawfully detained for two months. This is not a simple "breakup dispute"—it is a case involving cyber-fraud, animal neglect, and a documented pattern of character assassination used to facilitate domestic control.

1. The Pattern of Manipulation 
To justify his unlawful retention of Ozzy, my ex-partner has resorted to slander and character assassination, labeling me as "unstable" to anyone who will listen. This is a repeated "MO" (Method of Operation); he used the exact same tactics to discredit his previous partners.

By painting me as a "psycho," he seeks to hide his own actions and isolate me from support. I am standing up today to say: The facts do not lie, even when he does.

2. Digital Theft & Proven Fraud
On the day he refused to return Ozzy, my ex-partner hacked into my personal email and the microchip registration website. He attempted to fraudulently transfer Ozzy’s keepership to himself.

The Evidence: The microchip company flagged this as a criminal security breach.
The Status: They immediately restored my ownership and have officially marked Ozzy as STOLEN.

3. Proof of Ownership vs. Deceit
My ex-partner claims I have no right to Ozzy. My bank statements prove a 50/50 purchase split, and my records show I have been the sole provider for Ozzy’s insurance, microchip subscriptions and veterinary care for his entire life.

4. Willful Animal Neglect
Ozzy is currently being denied essential medical care. He is overdue for supplements and vital vaccinations. Despite a formal legal notice regarding these needs, my ex-partner continues to prioritize spite over Ozzy’s health.

Our Demand
We call upon the authorities to recognize the "STOLEN" status of this microchip and the evidence of cyber-fraud. We demand the end of this campaign of slander and the immediate "Return of Oz" to the only home where he is legally registered and medically cared for.

The "Wicked" are Trying to Silence Us 👠🐶
We won’t be intimidated. Ozzy’s voice will be heard.

To everyone who has signed, shared, and stood by me: Thank you. Your support is the "Yellow Brick Road" leading Ozzy back to safety.

However, I have an urgent update. The individual unlawfully detaining Ozzy has filed a formal complaint with Change.org to have this petition removed. He is claiming "defamation" because I am publicly stating the facts of his actions.

Here is the truth he doesn’t want you to know:

1. Another Theft Attempt: Just this Monday (16th March), he made another fraudulent attempt to change Ozzy’s keepership over the phone. The microchip company blocked it and I have reported this second attempt to the Police.
2. Official Neglect Report: Because he continues to ignore formal notices regarding Ozzy’s overdue vaccinations and supplements, I have officially reported him to the RSPCA for animal neglect.
3. The "Smear" Tactic: He is worried about his reputation in the music industry. But reputation is built on character—and character is defined by how you treat those who cannot defend themselves.

I have the receipts. I have the bank statements proving I paid for Ozzy. I have the "STOLEN" status on his microchip. I have the police reports.

He wants me to be quiet but I have found my voice again. This is yet another attempt to silence me so he can keep Ozzy as a trophy of his control but, I am stronger than I was two months ago and I am not going anywhere.
