Officer Randolph with the Provo Police Department broke the law when he turned over Madi Barney's rape police report to BYU's honor code office. County Attorney Buhman and Judge McDade, both BYU alumni, brushed the charges against officer Randolph under the rug and claims that BYU does not punish rape victims. They sided with a corrupt police officer and an unethical university as opposed to siding with a young rape survivor. Officer Randolph, County Attorney Buhman and Judge McDade must be removed from their positions or resign immediately.
