Subject Matter: Working with a team of private co-conspirators, Donald J Trump acted as a candidate when he pursued multiple criminal means to disrupt, through fraud and deceit, the government function by which votes are collected and counted in the 2020 Presidential election—a function in which Donald J Trump, as President, had no official role. 

As a result, we the people, of the United States of America, request the removal of Donald J Trump from the 2024 election ballot for President of the United States of America.
