Richard Wright is a man in Halifax that has been recently sent to a Mental Institute for giving away money. Richard White had decided to take some money of out of his bank to give to families that he thought could use it. Richard was humble enough not to give his name, but his kindness was not re-payed instead the RCMP pulled him over for a "wellness check" and the officers concluded that this kind and noble gentlemen should go to the hospital for further assessment.
