Superior Court Judge Rucker Smith has a long history of complaints stemming from conduct to outright illegal activity. The Head of the JQC who is in charge of investigating the judge is a former work colleague  Ben Easterlin. Judge Rucker Smiths judgement seems to be as impaired as his personal life. He’s made terrible court room decisions that have cost people their lives. He’s allowed rapists (ex. Dane Register) to go free, to murder and rape. He’s sent victims of rape (ex. Ty Peterson)  to prison after protecting themselves. He’s asked woman that go before his court for sexual favors, there have been complaints made on that issue as well. One being recently reviewed by his former colleague, after he was removed from that case by the JQC. His colleaguefound no wrong doing even with witness testimony. He’s ruined the lives of innocent children and families.
