#CANCELLATION OF PICNIC
#HEART ART EXHIBITION TO PROCEED
We are disappointed to announce the cancellation of Picnic with Te Hā, Sunday the 6th of March at 12 noon, at Dove Myer Robinson Park.
However, we are pleased to confirm that the Protect Mataharehare Heart Art Exhibition is proceeding.
The art captures what this place, and Te Hā, mean to the people of Auckland. The artworks have been created by brilliant artists of all ages, to mark 365 days peacefully protecting this whenua, and New Zealand’s greatest walking pōhutukawa.

Dove Myer Robinson Park, Gladstone Road, Auckland
Artworks have been donated, and are available to purchase by silent auction to raise funds to Protect Mataharehare.
We would also like to take this opportunity to invite all tree guardians across Tāmaki Makaurau to volunteer to stand guard to stop the proposed development on this sacred whenua.
