Mandatory Waste Segregation Bins for every shopkeeper

Mandatory Waste Segregation Bins for every shopkeeper
The Issue
It should be mandatory for every shopkeeper to have a waste segregation unit. One green bin for bio-degradable waste and one red bin for non bio-degradable waste properly marked with images (as there is unawareness regarding the need for waste segregation).
Many times responsible people have to carry waste for hours till they find proper bin to dispose it off, and irresponsible people just throw it in the corner. Shopkeepers can help both such responsible and irresponsible people very easily. Keeping two bins with every shopkeeper will help with
1) PM's mission of Swachh Bharat significantly
2) will also help proper recycling of non-biodegradable waste
3) confident composition of biodegradable waste
4) proper disposal or reuse of non-biodegradable waste rather than just incinerating them and releasing harmful chemicals in the air.
5) Will help India grow economically and will boost tourism as India will have better reviews amongst visitors.
