How Many Students need to be Abused before Criminal Action

School Administrators need to be held accountable. The abuse of children should not be about money but our legal system has evolved into a money machine without protecting children.  It is sad victims have to find justice in money rather then finding criminals and people responsible for allowing crime brought to our courts.
