Convicted Murderers have more rights than Victims

Why do convicted Criminals get over $200,000 paid on them per year in jail and victims get nothing? It is time administrators of our courts are held accountable for allowing criminals to intimidate victims by allowing them to walk the same streets as their victims' families.
