Michael Gove MP to look into animal cruelty penalties

It has been stated that Michael Gove MP is looking into the penalties for dog cruelty, this may be our BEST CHANCE to get action on dog theft........ i would ask everyone who has signed this petition to email Mr. Gove at the address below and ask that dog theft be included as cruelty to the animal.... correspondence.section@defra.gsi.gov.uk
