we are still going up but we need lots more.. To answer many who said they thought theft of a dog was already an offence?? it can be prosecuted under the theft act if the police really wanted to do it.. but they dont? there are very few prosecutions for dog theft.. i want it to be a stand alone crimanal offence to take a dog from its home or owner and aggregated theft if violence is used...and the police forced by public opinion to act on it.. that why we need to get at least 100,000 people to sign so keep sharing... signing... tweeting until we get there
