A Speech in Parliament about Pigeon Abuse
My MP has said that she wants to give a speech in Parliament about pigeon abuse, hopefully in early October. I am waiting to hear further news from her about this.
She will let me know whether or not she can present a speech. If not, she will consider other ways of speaking about pigeon abuse in Parliament.
It is vital that the subject of pigeon abuse be brought to the attention of Parliament, and the Wildlife and Countryside Act of 1981 enforced, to effectively protect pigeons from abuse.

Pigeon abuse is animal abuse. It leads to further abuse of animals and people.
It must be stopped.
