Pigeons are sentient birds. They have been maligned by the media for far too long now. They urgently need protection, as Sentient birds under the new Animal Welfare Sentience law. Can your MP take action to achieve this?
Please help protect pigeons from cruelty. They are kicked and chased, just for existing. Some adults encourage children to do this. This is not acceptable.
Pigeon abuse is animal abuse.
We must teach children to respect pigeons and all wildlife. This will create a kinder world. What we teach children in the early years stays with them.
Who knows that pigeons saved thousands of human lives in wartime, as messengers? Children are fascinated to learn about pigeons and their brilliant navigational skills, which are still not really understood. Knowledge could lead to a greater understanding of pigeons and compassion towards them.

MAKE SOME NOISE about pigeon abuse!
Ask the National Trust, the RSPB, RSPCA, PETA, The Green Party, Animal Welfare charities, animal aid, celebrities, Sir David Attenborough, television and radio stations and media to give pigeons a positive image.
Share the Petition link, and the link to the song, “Please be Nice to Pigeons” with MP, family and friends. I need more signatures, to achieve success.
The link below can copied into your browser.
Children and adults love the song, “Please be Nice to Pigeons”.The link to the song, which can be copied into a browser, is below:-

Please share the song with family and friends. There is no need to persecute pigeons. They’ve done nothing wrong, as the song says!
I have written to the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, (RSPB) to ask how they intend to protect pigeons from abuse.
Please ask the RSPB to protect pigeons, at -

Ask the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood to teach children to be kind to pigeons and all animals. Kindness begins in childhood.
