Pigeons, and seagulls too, have been unfairly demonised and given a bad name by Local Authorities and the media.
The result? Pigeons are habitually chased and kicked in parks and public places. Children are often encouraged to do this. It is horrible.
Pigeon abuse is Speciesism, the animal equivalent of racism. Confronting it is dangerous, and anyone doing so risks retribution.
Pigeons dared to help save our nation, as messengers of war. Their sacrifice and devotion to duty helped win victory and the freedom which we all enjoy today. They deserve our respect, compassion and kindness.
ALL LIVES MATTER. No animal or bird should be demonised or persecuted.

Pigeon abuse teaches children to bully, disturbs the peace and safety of public places, harms pigeons and people who care about them, shocks overseas visitors and damages our reputation as a Nation of Animal Lovers. Let’s get it stopped.
