Speciesism is the belief that some animals’ lives and experiences are inferior to those of humans or other animals, simply because they are members of a different species. This attitude has led to the persecution of many creatures - particularly pigeons - who have become targets for habitual abuse in public places and parks.
Every living creature deserves a life free from fear, abuse and persecution.
Pigeons are gentle, intelligent creatures, and are our forgotten heroes of wartime. They pose no risk to human health, as confirmed by vets and the RSPB.
