Pigeon abuse is cruel and unnecessary.  It happens in many of our parks and public places, causing upset and deep distress to pigeons and ordinary people, who just want to enjoy being outside in the open air.

It is vital that this abuse of pigeons be outlawed and stopped, so that everyone can enjoy our public areas.
