The whole world now lives in horror at the ongoing pandemic of the virus, the name of which everyone already knows.

In these times, many people think only about whether the illness will claim lives of loved ones or even your own one.

The virus will go away over time, as all contagious diseases left before it.

The virus will leave behind not only ruined fates and lives, but also huge economic and financial problems for all the inhabitants of the Earth.

These problems may even be worse than the virus itself.

Unemployment for years, lack of money, loss of housing and the lack of the very ability to provide their families and children with the most necessary.

The longer the quarantine in many countries will last, the more dreadful will be the consequences; that means unavailability of travelling between countries and closure of business all over the world.

The worst thing can happen after medical institutions will not be able to cope with the increasing flow of sick patients, which will entail numerous human losses.

Authorities urge us to abide by restrictions and stay at home to slow the spread of the virus and prevent the medicine from collapsing.

 

I believe that we, ordinary people who are now passively sitting at home, can do more to help heroic doctors and everyone who works with them for our protection and treatment.

 

I voluntarily refuse medical care if the virus causes my illness in favor of those people who are older than me or have health complications that increase the risk of death for these people.

I believe that I can completely cope with the symptoms of the disease on my own and will not increase pressure on the healthcare system during this difficult time.

It can be hard and painful for me, but not fatal.

I suggest that everyone who finds the courage and responsibility follow my example and together we will help our healthcare, our entire civilization.

 

This deed is not a gift for those who were supposed to protect us and prevent from the spread of this virus. To officials and organizations that have proved their incompetence and failed to fulfill their responsibilities, to those who elected or appointed them. It is a duty they must return to all of us.

 

We demand:

 

1. To create an international team to investigate the causes of the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus pandemic worldwide. Not for punishment, but for understanding the reasons for what happened.

To create a community center for this group to constantly monitor the activities of the investigation team and to continuously inform the international community about the activities and results of the investigation team. Allow continuous access to all investigation materials of all media.

 

2. To create an international Center for immediate response to global threats to the entire population of the Earth and to prevent these threats. The Center should be independent of all states and international organizations, and its messages and recommendations should be a priority for the execution of all countries in the event of situations like the current pandemic or any other situations that could potentially threaten the Earth’s population. However, this center cannot substitute the activities of government agencies.

The center should dispose of the necessary international scientific and financial support.

To create at this Center a public center to continuously monitor the activities of the Center and to continuously inform the international community about the activities and results of the Center. To allow constant access to all materials of the Center and its activities to all mass media.

 

3. To create in the regions of the constant occurrence of major viral and other infections permanent international centers for monitoring and prevention of the spread of infections and establish a constant exchange of information between them and the newly created Center for the immediate response to global threats to jointly prevent threats to the population.

To create public centers at these monitoring centers to continuously monitor the activities of monitoring centers and to continuously inform the international community about the activities and results of the monitoring centers. Allow constant access to all materials of monitoring centers and their activities for all mass media.

 

4. After completion of the acute phase of the pandemic, we should proceed with the immediate reorganization and modernization of all medical institutions of states and international medical organizations for their real possibility in the future to actively participate in the elimination of the consequences of possible threats like this pandemic. Information on the reorganization and modernization must be brought to the media and the public without any restrictions and upon request.

 

5. To prevent the increase in control by the state apparatus over the private life of a person, taking advantage of the situation with the pandemic. To prevent concealment and distortion of information about what is happening for the population. Each state action to strengthen control during a pandemic should be canceled immediately upon completion of a pandemic.

 

6. Each state is obliged to provide packages of financial support for its residents at the time of overcoming the consequences of the pandemic, since no state has been able to prevent a pandemic for its population.

 

7. All people who participated in the protection and treatment of people from the COVID-19 virus, including volunteers who died at their workplace or while performing their duties, should be assigned the status of a combatant who has fallen on the battlefield with all privileges and they also be awarded posthumously with military awards. To assign life worthy pensions to spouses and so on, to children and parents of fallen combatants. They protected us from the enemy’s blow at the cost of their lives!

 

8. To all people who are participating and participated in the protection and treatment of people from the COVID-19 virus, including volunteers who risked their lives should be assigned the status of combat veterans with all the privileges and reward with military decorations. They stand in the forefront, defending us from the enemy!
