EMANCIPATE AMERICAN CHILDREN FROM BONDAGE
The Issue
America's children are being legally kidnapped by the Judicial Courts of the United States. They are treated as chattel by the Family Courts, Guardians Ad Litem, Public Defenders, DCFS, Foster Care, Caseworkers and Agencies involved. They are denied the Right to Testify, Right to Consent concerning medical treatment, Rights to Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Information.
They are denied the Right to Emancipation at the age of 18.
They are torn from the arms of their loving parents and sold into foster care, group homes, shelters, and under the complete control of DCFS and other agencies. They are denied their Constitutional Rights as American Citizens. They are farmed out into foster care where they are frequently abused. When they "blow the whistle" on the abuse they are informed "You have no rights unless I say you do!"
When they complain about their treatment and express a desire to be reunited with their families, they are considered a "problem" and placed on psychotropic drugs. They are placed in psychiatric facilities under the pretext of "imaginary" disorders where they are forced to take mood-altering drugs and subjected to strip and body cavity searches.
They are required to sign releases without an attorney present. They are denied visitation with their parents and families. They are denied the Rights and Freedoms that they are endowed with at birth as American Citizens.
Children in State Care are forced to take drugs that cause depression, anxiety, feelings of anger, and a strong increase in suicidal thoughts. Toddlers are diagnosed with "imaginary" issues such as bi-polar and manic depressive disorder. Recently a previously normal 7-year-old hung himself. In what other country are very young children driven to suicide?
We demand a complete overhaul of the American Family Welfare System. We demand that the voices of America's children be heard.

WE DEMAND A GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE.
