As the world may know, on May 28th, Harambe the gorilla was shot to death in the Cincinnati Zoo. A child had fallen into Harambe's enclosure leaving the zookeepers with only 1 option. Which was to shoot Harambe, everyone has been mourning Harambe's death. But I would like to do something more, I would like May 28th to be a Federal, or National Holiday.
