We are a collective of Fathers, mothers, progressive men and women that have been united over time by countless atrocities that have meted out to our children and families by an alleged organised child kidnapping and trafficking syndicate.

We are concerned that this syndicate permeates family law and is reported to be able to effect divorces, effect family break ups, abduction and trafficking of children for profiteering in one way or another.

On the face, the consequences of this organised criminal network that we have experienced are:

1.       Irregular court orders for divorce

2.       Irregular court orders for maintenance

3.       Irregular court orders for child custody and abductions with the view to alter permanent residences of children

4.       Overall, the effective trading and use of children as currency to fuel a huge economy that revolves around, divorce, maintenance, missing children

For this evil economy to thrive, it has sponsors and agents in the police, social workers, especially in the family advocate, lawyers, the courts and schools and private investigators who all collude to spot, track and set children up for abduction or abuses for profits

We note the following developments that bear testimony to the fact that the south African family, either as a result of the above or another reason we can no longer wait to establish:

70% of South Africa’s children are fatherless, this is according to the Human Sciences Research Council (2018). This is proven evidence that the south African family is in a crisis. If the family is the basic unit of society, what good will any efforts to build our society and nation with a continuously dismembered family?

The majority of child custody and permanent residence rulings are discriminatory, unconstitutional and illegal, which appear to vindicate longstanding allegations that many court reports are prepared to aid the objectives of criminal syndicates, whatever individual motive and merits of each case,

This organised criminality is so powerful that it is said to run an alternative, in the words of Cde Solly Mapaila a gangster state, underneath the south African state and able to

1.       Murder caregivers and breadwinners in order to distribute estate spoils,

2.       Politically blacklist caregivers and fathers in the labour and markets of the economy, in both the public and private sector throughout the country, and have the ability to block projects, organise protests to sabotage same and even cash from the bank of its targets across the board with absolute impunity.

3.       The unfair misinterpretation of the 9 months pregnancy used when arguing the suitability of the child’s primary residence in a custody battle.

4.       Ensure, the entire criminal justice and state security machinery is said to be firmly in the hands of this network, effectively giving rise to an alternative state,

5.       Use state security machinery to place under permanent surveillance and harass its targets, effectively rendering them economic and electronic prisoners against their constitutional rights.

6.       Outrageous fees charged by divorce attorneys, robbing the families and children of their estates. Fees must be capped.

7.       Outrageous fees charged by Social Workers, Parenting Coordinators and Psychologists when writing reports that decide the custody and residence of the minors.

We demand

A judicial commission of inquiry to examine these tendencies fully and put an immediate and permanent stop to this carnage, without which a constitutional democracy remains a pipe dream.
