We all know, how every our System is collapsed during Pandemic. 

WHO announced the Pandemic late. Well we didn't knew how severe it when it started. The government also blamed WHO for reacting late.

Now it the time for the Government of India to fix this, implement Medical Emergency across India. So all resource will be centered to resolve the problem and the scale would be on war level.

During flood and Earthquake work is done on war scale, military and disaster management is called in so why not when there is chaos in every square km.
