Grant every CSU student with passing grades for this semester due to COVID19
The Issue
All CSU’s has made classes go virtual, ordered everyone to stay inside and this has greatly affected the access all students have to the resources they use on a daily and/or weekly basis. There are a great number of students without laptops, access to wireless connections, or even books and other supplies provided from the organizations and public places on campus. LA County as a whole has temporarily banned any public gatherings including Community libraries and cafes that students could use as an alternative. This has put a lot of students in a difficult place to carry on how they normally would had school still been accessible. Some students are homeless, financially unstable, and mentally stressed; This also limits their accessibility to things that can make or break them passing or failing. Lots of students have become more focused on staying safe and making sure their families are safe and healthy as well, making school something that simply cannot be a first priority during this pandemic crisis!
