Adopted as the battle flag by the Army of Northern Virginia, the flag of the Confederacy was meant to represent, ‘It’s foundations are laid, its cornerstone rests upon the great truth, that the negro is not equal to the white man; that slavery is his natural and normal condition. The Confederate battle flag as it was called Represents Pain and suffering for most Of African Americans In the community. 

 Nazi Germany was defeated and nazism and all other symbolism was banned. Made illegal and punishable by jail time. 75 years Germany is still doing the same thing. Paid reparations to Jews. Tried to right their wrongs any way they could. America still allows people to wear it proudly, display it proudly (Example Tampa’s 75 foot interstate pole has only the confederate flag flying.) 

Robert E Lee surrendered 155 years and still white supremacy and southern who believe the same have been able to fly that flag. Say it’s southern pride but it’s not. 450 years later since America’s first slave came on to this beautiful country that we call home. We are at times still looked at that way. In other countries and especially this one. Please help me get this all way to some floor where it matters.
