It has come to my attention the lack of Portillo's restaurant locations on the west coast. After a trip to Chicago I had my first encounter with Portillo's and my life has never been the same since. Luckily there is a location in Southern California but even then thats still 4 hours out. So if im having a random italian beef sandwich craving, Im out of luck unless I want it shipped to my house for about $70. I just want to bring attention to the fact that the beautiful city of Las Vegas is missing out on a wonderful company with possibly the greatest hot dogs. Please bring Portillos to Las Vegas.
