For a long time now I have been playing the Pokemon Trading Card game, and I ran into the same problem that I had when I played standard in Magic: The Gathering, the set rotation just kills your wallet. I propose to make RS-ON an offical format with an official banlist and official rulings for things such as items vs old regular trainers, and pokemon-ex vs pokemon-EX (specifically for attacks that do more damage to ex's, safeguard pokebodies/abilities, and also double rainbow energy). you can look to Magic and how they handle the modern/legacy formats. You can make a lot of money from reprints and official tournaments, plus it will help the secondary market and get players back into the game when they find out that they can use their old cards. I also have some ideas for the banlist:

1. Broken Time Space (this card makes too many first turn donk decks)

2. Forest of Giant Plants (just so we don't have to ban cards like Decidueye-GX)

3. Uxie (legends awakened, we already have Shaymin-EX which is way more fair cause its only 6 cards not 7, and when it dies your opponent gets 2 prizes, so it's just more fair)

If you're an older player like me (I used to go to tournaments back in 2004-2007) and you want to be able to use your old cards, please feel free to sign and show Nintendo that there will be many players that support the RS-ON format
