Equality and taking racism out of law enforcement. No police brutality.

Equality and taking racism out of law enforcement. No police brutality.
The Issue
We need to end police brutality and racial injustice. We want to improve the civil rights issues we are having within our law enforcement across the nation for way too long.
This will make the world a better, and safer place. It it will help make people less fearful of law enforcement. It will bring equality to the diverse communities of America. It will take racial injustice out of law enforcement. We want everyone to be treated fairly by police. We don't want anyone to worry about leaving their homes in fear that their local law enforcement will be the threat rather than prevent the threat.
Upon our research we discovered that it only takes 6 months to a year to become an enforcer of the law in America. We personally don't think that that is enough of a requirement that equates to the responsibility that comes with being an enforcer of the law. Just 6 months ago these police officers were everyday civilians just like you and I. Do we really know these people who we are suppose to trust with our lives? With what has occurred through out history up until this very day, with law enforcements actions, proves to us that we shouldn't trust our officers. That's why we believe every recruit should go through an official polygraph test and asked questions if they feel any type of way towards people of color. ANY TYPE OF WAY. Such as "Do you feel threatened by people of color?" "Do you treat everyone equally?"... It's really a simple procedure. They already go through a 6-12 month process of becoming an officer. Whats one little polygraph test to them? If they dont have anything to hide then that shouldn't be a problem, and if something does come up, they simply just get disqualified from the position of law enforcement and can build a career anywhere else. We believe would help put the right demographic of people into law enforcement to protect the citizens of America the right way. I believe that we can stop racial injustice with this one little step and make the world a better place for future generations. If you feel the same, PLEASE sign this petition. Change needs to happen yesterday.
Please help us make George Floyd the last victim of police brutality. #GeorgeFloyd #hungryforchange
